Dragon vs Goblins Lite App Reviews
Pretty but frustrating
The graphics are quite pretty, but the precision required forces you to play the same levels over and over again, taking the fun out of things.
The game looks good, but its buggy and the controls are pretty unresponsive. Its trying to be Angry Birds but doesnt have the charm or the mechanics to pull it off. Even though the full version of Dragon vs Goblins is only 2 bucks, Angry Birds is still by far the better value.
Horrible game mechanics
This game needs major improvements to the mechanics but it looks nice though. The last level is impossible also!!
I have a 4 year old son who loves this game. He loves it because it features dragons, fire and goblins. How can you go wrong with that combo? Plus, its free. No brainer.
This game is extremely difficult making it not much fun. First game that I have played on my new MacPro that I did not like at all. I would give it a rank below one star.
This hurt my computer, it would seem. I have a new Macbook Pro and now its having issues. First the game automatically shut down, now my computer turns off whenever I cant connect something to the USB ports, and I couldnt turn it on,a nd the Disk Utility says it has something to do with Java and my apps -- and this is only app I have thats had any problems. So dont get it.
Completely disappointing. If you are holding out for the game to get better after the first couple of levels, dont waste your time. Also, I cant seem to uninstall it... definitely not recommended.
A Fun Game
I like the game. The only issue I have with it is that the levels get really hard to win.
My four year old and six year old grandsons love to play this when they come over because its fun to blow up the goblins with dragon fire- especially in the early levels. Then I got addicted to it BECAUSE of the difficulty of some of the higher levels, and Im not even much of a game player! I taught myself to be aware when to richocet, use less than full power, angle shots like lobbing a softball over barriers, use the spin of rocks to roll out of the way, etc.. Unlike some of the other ratings, I enjoyed it just because it wasnt a pushover to win. Oh, and by the way, the four year old helped me win level 10. Try the free one. What do you have to lose?
waste
I hat this game. Its like you try to kill zombies but you cant do anything against them. You come with armor and they just kill you. Youl see
Interesting concept with angles. The idea being to destroy the stationary goblins with a stationary dragon that breathese bounceable fire, as if it were a rubber pellet. With obstacles, and control over angle and speed, you have to hit all the goblins. The game is cute, but really slow. It might be worth checking out on a slow day just for the novelty.
